-taking preliminary steps in connection with the operation and professional activity of departments supervised by the Deputy Director General I.; overseeing the execution of assignments
-coordinating and directing the organization of exhibitions of the Archives
-representing occasionally the Archives at national and international professional programmes on behalf of the Director General
