Department of Family Records and Collections

a)Records of families and private persons, extinct non-government organs (corporate bodies, institutions, associations etc.) and collections of the Archives (medieval charters, photographs of records, plans and maps, seals) are taken over, stored, registered, handled and processed (arranged, supplied with finding aids, selected for destruction and published ) by the Department.
b)Preparing the way for exercising the state right of pre-emption of traded records with abiding value
c)Cooperating in preserving records of abiding value in accordance with the effective provisions of law
d)Instructing and managing in case of donating, purchasing and depositing records
