a)Records of industrial, commercial, transport and agricultural firms, financial institutions, insurance companies, co-operatives, economic business federations including liquated companies, firms with squared accounts, and those public economic firms which were later privatized are taken over, stored, registered, handled and processed (arranged, supplied with finding aids, selected for destruction and published ) by the Department.
b)Registering and controlling data, records management and scrapping of files of economic companies operating permanently in state ownership
c)Registering and taking over the archival material of liquidated economic firms and companies with squared accounts, and public economic firms which were later privatized
