a.) Issues of Jewish movable and immovable properties in Szatmár County – 22 August, 1944
The immovable properties were to be taken into inventory by finance officers. All formerly Jewish-owned houses were to be handed over to caretakers, while industrial plants, machinery and firing materials were handled by the magistrates of the villages. The movable properties were allowed to be allocated or offered for rent or purchase by the chief constables or mayors according to the instructions of finance directors in charge.
